Account & Registration

Go to cardrummy.best/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, create a password, fill in your real name, date of birth and city, tick the age and terms confirmation, then submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile — enter it to verify and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register on cardrummy.

No. CardrRummy strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts are detected using CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint and IP address. If a duplicate is found, both accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending review. If you believe you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately to have one closed before any action is taken.

You must be 18 years or older to register or play on cardrummy. Date of birth is collected at registration. For large withdrawals, CNIC verification is required which confirms age. Any account found to belong to an underage player is closed immediately, with deposits returned and winnings voided.

Log in while you still have access to the old number. Go to Account Settings → Contact Details → Change Mobile Number. You will need to verify your CNIC and pass an identity check. Our team processes mobile number changes within 24 hours. If you have already lost access to the old number, contact cardrummy support at support@cardrummy.best with your CNIC details.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and choose the Permanent option, or contact support via live chat. Before closing, ensure all funds are withdrawn. CardrRummy will close the account within one business day of your verified request. Permanent account closure cannot be reversed — if you want a temporary break instead, use the cool-off period tool.

KYC verification on cardrummy is triggered when cumulative withdrawals exceed a certain threshold, or if our fraud detection flags the account for review. You will be asked to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding it. KYC is reviewed within one business day. You can continue playing during the review period — only large withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

Log in to cardrummy, go to your Account Dashboard and tap Deposit. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the PKR amount, confirm on your wallet app or bank portal, and your cardrummy balance updates within seconds. Minimum deposit is Rs 200 via mobile wallets. CardrRummy charges zero fees on all deposits.

The minimum deposit on cardrummy via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay is Rs 200. For bank transfers (IBFT), the minimum is Rs 500 due to bank processing minimums. Visa/Mastercard minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cardrummy, though your own wallet or bank daily limits may apply.

Most cardrummy deposits confirm within a few seconds. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, check: (1) that the transaction completed successfully in your Easypaisa/JazzCash app; (2) that you deposited to the correct cardrummy account number shown on the deposit screen; (3) that your wallet had sufficient balance at the time. If the transaction shows as successful on your wallet side but not on cardrummy, contact support with the transaction reference number and we will trace it — usually resolved within 30 minutes.

CardrRummy charges zero fees on all deposits regardless of the payment method used. Your wallet or bank may apply their own SMS or transaction fees as they normally do — cardrummy has no control over those. The amount you deposit is the exact amount that appears in your cardrummy PKR balance.

No. CardrRummy's policy requires all deposits and withdrawals to be made using payment methods registered in your own name — the same name on your cardrummy account and CNIC. Third-party payment methods are not accepted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review. Each player must use their own Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet.

Withdrawals

Log in to cardrummy and tap Withdraw from your dashboard. Select your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the PKR amount, and confirm. For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 60 seconds. IBFT withdrawals typically take 1–4 business hours depending on your bank. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals on cardrummy to verified accounts are completed in under 60 seconds in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay take 1–5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 1–4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification may experience a hold on withdrawals above the unverified threshold until documents are reviewed.

The most common reasons for a rejected withdrawal on cardrummy are: (1) the withdrawal payment method is not in your own name; (2) active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been completed; (3) KYC verification is pending for amounts above the threshold; (4) the withdrawal amount exceeds your available balance (bonus balances count separately from withdrawable cash); or (5) a security review has been triggered. The minimum withdrawal on cardrummy is Rs 500 across all methods. Maximum per-transaction limits vary by method — Easypaisa and JazzCash are subject to their own daily transaction caps (typically Rs 200,000–Rs 500,000 depending on your wallet tier). Bonuses & Promotions

New cardrummy players receive a 200% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. For example, deposit Rs 3,000 and your account receives Rs 9,000 total playing balance. The wagering requirement (also called rollover) is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus balance becomes withdrawable cash. On cardrummy, the welcome bonus has a 30x wagering requirement. This means if you receive a Rs 6,000 bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 180,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable PKR. The welcome bonus on cardrummy must be used within 30 days of being credited. Daily cashback offers expire at the end of the calendar day they are issued. Weekly reload bonuses expire 7 days after being credited. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry is removed automatically.
